Piece Time Puzzles
Piece Time Puzzle Exclusives
Original Art and Photography now available as puzzles
We are honored to be working with so many talented artists and photographers to produce our own line of puzzles. Mostly local, these artists and photographers bring their personalities as well as their art to the proverbial puzzle table. For example, Richard H Lord's love of flowers and the Lamprey River come through in his close-up photography. Frank Whitehouse of Black Lab Photography loves lighthouses and all things New England and Bonnie Fallon of Bonnie's Byways can't get enough of New England's backroads. Jean Breton, C Barre Hellquist, and Peggy Brewster take advantage of their travels to bring home wonderful scenic photographs and Mark Chamberlin's deep affection for New Hampshire is clear.
We also work with a variety of painters. Larry Elliott works in oils to create intricate and fascinatingly detailed images. Anne Kilham and Barbara Trulson prefer delicate watercolors which lend themselves naturally to puzzles. Jean Mertinooke and Joan Casarotto are twin sisters who paint mainly landscapes. Marilyn Price paints realistic portraits of vehicles and buildings while Gertie McGlinchey's pet portraits make very difficult puzzles. Victoria Elbroch's attention to building details make very interesting puzzles featuring stores along New England's coast.
Keeping true our philosophy that art does not have to be just photographs or paintings, although we are pleased to offer images by Ruth Curtis and Rebecca Brister, we also encourage other media such as Michele O'Neil Kincaid's quilts and Mikel O'Brien's mixed media compilations. We are also delighted to work with Hanson Studio who design thoughtful photograph collages of towns and regions in New Hampshire and Vermont. Some of our artists have only a few images available, like Mike Ahearn's hummingbird collage or Catherine's limited selection, but we look forward to having more images of theirs in the future.
