How do I glue my puzzles?
1.) Slide sheets of waxed paper under assembled puzzle to protect table.
2.) Pour a small amount of clear drying craft glue on the face of the puzzle. (Mod Podge works well)
3.) Using a brush, rubber spatula, or piece of cardboard; push the glue across the puzzle. This should force the glue between the pieces, leaving very little on the surface and reducing the risk that the puzzle will curl as the glue dries.
4.) Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the face of the puzzle has been fully glued.
5.) Let glue dry completely.
6.) Peel waxed paper away from the back of the puzzle and discard.
7.) Place the puzzle face down onto fresh sheets of waxed paper.
8.) Repeat steps 2 and 3 to apply a very thin coat of glue to the back of the puzzle. This seals the surface and helps to prevent curling.
9.) Let glue dry.
10.) Repeat steps 2 and 3 to apply a second, thicker coat of glue to the back of the puzzle. This stiffens the puzzle for hanging.
11.) Repeat step 10 until desired stiffness is achieved, allowing glue to dry between each application.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date provided that it is unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Custom Puzzles are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and the "Return Authorization Number" ("RAN"). To receive a "Return Authorization Number" send us an e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) indicating the reason for the return. We will respond with an "RAN", the address where you may send the return merchandise and any additional instructions. When you return an item, pack the item so it will not be damaged in shipment. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you received an incorrect item, follow the above instructions and note that it must be returned by regular mail through the Post Office with all shipping cost pre-paid. We will not pay for any express shipping. Once we have verified that the item is in good condition we will reimburse you for the shipping cost and the item by having the credit applied to your account.
What if my new puzzle is defective?
We recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. If there isn’t enough information on their box to write or call them, please contact us and we will be glad to supply their address and phone number.
Can I have puzzles shipped to an address other than my billing address?
When completing the 'Shipping Information' section of the checkout process, there is an option to add a shipping address other than the address entered as the billing address. If you need puzzles sent to multiple addresses, please complete an order for each shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What forms of payment do you accept?
1.) Credit Cards - using our secure payment gateway or over the phone by calling (603) 942-5291 during business hours.
2.) PayPal - you will be directed to a PayPal page to pay with your PayPal account.
3.) Check - please mail a check made out to: Piece Time Puzzles, LLC to 746 First NH Turnpike, Northwood, NH 03261.
Note: When paying by check, your order will not be shipped (Custom Puzzles will not be made) until your check clears - please send checks promptly to avoid delay.
